Parents: Forms & Handbook

Would you like to register your daughter for camp?

  1. Fill out the online Booking Form. 
  2. We will let you know if we have a place for your daughter in your desired session within 48hrs.
  3. Once we confirm the booking, our accountant will send you an invoice.
  4. Use the invoice number to pay for the deposit in order to secure a place.

Have you already successfully registered your daughter for camp? 

If you have received an email from us confirming your booking, you will now need to fill out the forms below:

01_Health History Form

02_Permission to travel (all children) **Please note we will only publish this after 1 June prior to camp

You will also need to fill out ONE of the following forms:

03_Transportation: collect & drop off from airport (if your daughter requires transportation to / from the airport)

04_For children travelling ALONE or as Unaccompanied Minors, you might have a special POLICE form that will need filling in to allow them to travel alone, or with an air hostess.  Please check your own country requirements – and the same goes for ALL nationalities, even if we do not list them here! For example, the Spanish document is like this (NB that this document might be updated by the Spanish police each year), BUT OTHER NATIONALITIES ALSO MIGHT HAVE SIMILAR FORMS.

05_Rider Waiver

Only for children riding – parents will need to CREATE an account, and add the rider details for your daughter, before they attend the riding school.  Once the account is created, enter into Profile, and ‘Add Extra Profile’.  Please see this document for full instructions.

08_Getting to know me!. This is a form where we ask parents to tell us more about their daughters, so that their CAMP LEADERS can get to know them before they arrive.  Their likes, dislikes, any concerns you or they might have.  Please tell us everything you can!
