Payment information

Registration Fee

A £250 deposit is required upon registration in order to secure a place for your child at camp. We only accept up to 40 girls per session so it is important that you secure a place as soon as possible!

Please not that we will not be able to secure a place for your child until we have received both the Application Form and the Deposit.

 A place will only be confirmed upon receipt of our Confirmation Email.

Full Payment

Full payment will be required by 30th April. The £250 deposit will be deducted from the total amount to be paid. Payment of Camp tuition may be done in as many installments as you wish of your desired amount. Simply go to our Make a Payment page and process your payment online. If for some reason you rather not pay online, please contact us so we can find the best alternative method of payment.

Upon receipt of full payment and the necessary forms, we will send you an Acceptance Letter, which will officially welcome your child to camp.

Cancellations & Refunds 

You may cancel free of charge within 14 days of payment of your deposit. The £250 deposit and whichever payment you have made to date will be fully refunded.

As we are a very small camp, we necessarily have a strict cancellation policy.
